Helen Kaminski designs and markets luxury fashion essentials for the modern man and woman. We are stocked in luxury department stores and selected boutiques globally, crossing five continents and 25 countries. While the company is now owned by a US-based company, the design and brand team still operate from our headquarters in Sydney. We are an Australian-based biotechnology private company with offices and distributors across Europe and North America. We are a successful manufacturing business with a national footprint headquartered in South West Sydney. We bought our business via a management buyout in 2012 from a large ASX-listed parent company. Immediately post acquisition, all the back office functions and processes needed to be rebuilt and re-incorporated into the fabric of our business so that the company could stand alone. Whilst privately owned, our shares were widely held and our balance sheet was highly geared, so we needed to appoint an audit firm that would satisfy our bank and shareholders’ needs.
