    We are a successful manufacturing business with a national footprint headquartered in South West Sydney. We bought our business via a management buyout in 2012 from a large ASX-listed parent company. Immediately post acquisition, all the back office functions and processes needed to be rebuilt and re-incorporated into the fabric of our business so that the company could stand alone. Whilst privately owned, our shares were widely held and our balance sheet was highly geared, so we needed to appoint an audit firm that would satisfy our bank and shareholders’ needs. We were looking for a credible but value based auditor who understood our situation and would work with us to develop a practical statutory compliance function with respect to both audit and taxation.
